Salesforce World Tour Sydney 2019 is tomorrow and we can’t wait to show you everything we’ve been working so hard on behind the scenes!

Here’s all the essential info you need, ahead of a fun-filled day of innovation, learning, career transformation and giving back.

Your Salesforce World Tour e-ticket is on its way

You will receive your e-Ticket via email or SMS (depending on how you opted to have it delivered) tomorrow morning. That way it will be right at the very top of your inbox, or your phone, and you’ll be ready to roll.

Please have your ticket displayed on your phone as your arrive at the ICC Sydney so we can spirit you straight in.

If you can’t access your ticket or haven’t received it (check your Spam folder, they sometimes like to hide there) you’ll still be able to check in.

How to get there

ICC Sydney is located on Darling Dr at Darling Harbour.

The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations are Iron Wharf Place and Zollner Circuit, both via Darling Drive.

If you’re catching public transport, the venue is a 10 minute walk from Town Hall station and just near the Convention and Exhibition light rail stops. There are bike racks available in Exhibition Car Park 1 and paid parking is available within the Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre.

There are more tips for travel and parking on the ICC Sydney site.

World Tour entrances are on the Boulevarde/Tumbalong Park south-eastern side of the building.

The ICC has step-free access to all areas, and there are baby change facilities. If you’d like help with accessibility tomorrow, keep an eye out for our team members wearing Abilityforce t-shirts, request support through the help feature of the World Tour event app, or visit the Concierge Desk or the Abilityforce booth.

You can find out more about accessibility on our FAQs page.

Checking in

Check-in is from 8am.

Once you have arrived at the ICC Sydney, head up to level 4, where you will receive your lanyard and pass for access to the sessions and different zones.

Cloakroom facilities are provided on level 4 and on the ground floor at the ICC Sydney Cloakroom.

It is our priority to ensure a safe environment for all of our Salesforce World Tour attendees. Just so you know, there will be security measures in place at the ICC, including bag checks and metal detectors.
