Salesforce Named Leader in Healthcare CRM by KLAS Two Years in a Row

Discover why Salesforce has been named a healthcare CRM leader — for the second year in a row — by KLAS.

As the world becomes more digitized, consumers are demanding more from their healthcare experience, including the ability to communicate with care teams, easily access health information, and schedule appointments from any device, at any time. Meanwhile, healthcare providers are racing to meet those demands by delivering on the promise of interoperability and connected care.

We’ve been fortunate to partner with leading healthcare companies to deliver a platform that helps providers cultivate patient relationships, connect care journeys, and increase collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem.

Along with our partners, we believe we’re making an impact, and we’re thrilled to announce that KLAS – an impartial healthcare IT data and insights company – thinks so too.

For the second year in a row, KLAS has recognized Salesforce as the 2019 Category Leader in CRM for Healthcare in their “Best in KLAS: Software and Services” report.

“The award carries with it the voice of thousands of providers and payers, highlighting outstanding vendors who have raised the bar,” said Adam Gale, President of KLAS.

KLAS introduced the CRM category in 2018 to reflect the growing importance of relationship management in healthcare. We’re excited to be recognized by KLAS for two consecutive years, and we remain committed to helping healthcare organizations truly transform patient engagement.
