Innovating with Agentforce
At Salesforce, we believe that AI should work for people, not the other way around. Agentforce is designed to augment human potential, not replace it. For our sales and engineering teams, this means a new era of productivity and efficiency. Tools like Agentforce Sales Agent and Agentforce Sales Coach are helping our sellers work smarter, providing real-time insights and coaching, while our engineers are building the next generation of trusted AI solutions.
And we’re not just deploying AI, we’re actively upskilling our entire workforce. A prime example is our company-wide Agentforce Learning Day, where all 72,000+ employees dive deep into AI tools and their applications. A post-event survey from our first Agentforce Learning Day revealed that 93% of our employees felt knowledgeable about our internal AI tools, a clear sign that our commitment to reskilling is paying off.
Transforming the Employee Journey
We see AI as a shared journey, and we’re bringing our employees along every step of the way.“AI is transforming the employee experience in a way that I don’t think we’ve ever seen before, so we are committed to making sure that all of our employees feel they are on the inside track with the latest AI technology,” says Nathalie Scardino, chief people officer for Salesforce. “This means giving everyone the tools and knowledge to use AI safely and effectively, empowering them to become Agentblazers in their own roles.”
“AI has created a massive skills gap, with only 15% of workers feeling they have the education and training to use AI effectively,” says Lori Castillo Martinez, EVP of Talent Growth and Development at Salesforce. “We’re focused on making sure that gap doesn’t exist for our employees by providing them with the necessary training and tools to succeed.” Our commitment to learning extends beyond our walls. Salesforce offers free AI certifications through Trailhead, our online learning platform, allowing anyone to become an Agentblazer.
Reskilling for the Digital Labor Era
To succeed in the evolving workplace, reskilling isn’t an option, it’s an imperative. Salesforce has identified 10 key enterprise skills needed to work successfully with intelligent AI agents, including Human Skills (Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence), Agent Skills (Agent and AI Literacy, Human/Agent Collaboration), and Business Skills (Problem Solving, Data Interpretation, Creative Thinking, Storytelling). To operationalize this framework, we have set a goal for 80% of our workforce to adopt these skills by the end of 2025. We have implemented several initiatives to achieve this, including opening a dedicated space called Agentblazer Ranch, launching an AI-powered internal talent marketplace called Career Connect, hosting Quarterly Agentforce Learning Days, and offering tuition reimbursement for training and certifications.Check out our open roles and start blazing your trail with us in the AI era.
