Announcing the Very Green Salesforce Tower Dublin

We're delighted to announce the very green Salesforce Tower Dublin. The new campus will bring employees together in four interconnected buildings in the vibrant Silicon Docks area, right on the river Liffey.

Ireland has been part of the Salesforce story from the very start – we opened our  Dublin hub in 2000, just one year after we were founded in San Francisco.

Now we’re thrilled to celebrate another big day for Dublin – with plans for a new campus right in the city, the creation of 1,500 jobs over the next five years and an incredible $1 million grant to Educate Together, the educational charity that runs equality-based schools in Ireland.

Salesforce Tower Dublin will be built with our Ohana design standard and will feature a hospitality “Ohana Floor,” and immersive lobbies with video walls as architecture.

The top Ohana Floor will not be executive offices – instead, it will be a welcoming place for our employees, customers, and partners to gather and and host their own events. On evenings and weekends, the space will be available free to non-profit organizations and local education groups.

It’ll also be one of Salesforce’s most sustainable hubs anywhere in the world. The all-electric building will source 100% renewable energy – including onsite solar panels with a cutting-edge integrated battery storage system.

To top it off, an innovative green roof will sequester carbon, capture rainwater for alternate uses as well as provide an outdoor space with sweeping views of the city for all employees to enjoy.

As part of today’s announcement, we’re also adding 1,500 jobs over the next five years alone – across all functions.

And we’re thrilled to announce Educate Together will be the recipient of Salesforce.org’s largest ever European grant. We’re giving the patron body of primary and secondary schools in Ireland $1 million. You can find out more about Educate Together here.

If you’d like to join us on this adventure, good news, we’re hiring! Check out what life is like inside the Salesforce Ohana, and keep an eye on our current job openings!
