My Background

Al is the CMO for Salesforce Service Cloud. Before joining Salesforce, he was CMO at Plaid and VP GM at Twilio, leading Twilio Flex and AI Business. He also managed UCaaS and contact center solutions as VP of PM and PMM at Metaswitch Networks, which was later acquired by Microsoft. Al started his career at Deloitte and has lived in the UK, Australia, and California. He now calls Truckee, California, home. When he’s not working, you can find him skiing with his daughter Kaia or hanging out with his dog Lulu.
