I'm an enthusiastic go-getter with a passion for people, making a difference and leading. I'm fiercely loyal and ridiculously thoughtful about the "little things" that make a person feel heard, valued and seen at (and outside of) work. I'm a South Florida native, the daughter of an immigrant, a first-generation college graduate and a retired college athlete. I’ve led People and Culture strategies for a global PR firm, planned and executed a client’s 500+ person wedding, secured top-tier media coverage and once facilitated a high-stakes scooter race for 50 kiddos in the ballroom of a 5-star luxury resort.

With over a decade of people operations, communications and client-service experience, I'm the versatile utility player of my teams: ex-wedding/event planner, retired PR/marketing consultant, internal comms strategist, HR pro and constantly asking “why”? My background enables me to relate to - and effectively communicate with - people from around the globe. I pride myself on meeting people where they are and adapting my approach to what best fits their needs. I firmly believe at my core that a business can't be successful without its people.
