My Background
I've spent the past 16 years helping organisations turn ambitious technology investments into real outcomes. I started as a digital marketing consultant, moved into enterprise architecture across financial services, healthcare, and public sector, and now lead Agentforce deployments at Salesforce for some of Europe's largest brands. Through all of it, I design how teams work, not just what they build. My goal is always self-sufficiency: build the foundation, enable the team, move on.
My Expertise
I lead enterprise Agentforce deployments end to end, from scoping through production through adoption, and design the operating models that make them repeatable across markets and teams. My focus is making complex AI initiatives actionable: turning product capability into deployment frameworks, qualification systems, and enablement infrastructure that other teams can actually run without me.
When I'm Not Writing ...
I recharge through good food and slow movement. I love cooking and long walks through the city with a camera or out in nature. I'm happiest when I’m exposed to new ways of living: a new neighbourhood, a long walkabout, and something unfamiliar.
