My background
I lead consumer insights and strategy for retail and commerce at Salesforce, where I've spent years turning shopper data into forecasts retailers actually act on. My work draws on billions of anonymized data points from Salesforce's Commerce, Marketing, and Service Cloud platforms, tracking behavior across more than 1.5 billion global shoppers in dozens of countries. Before stepping into this newly created "Head of Agentic Commerce Shopper Insights" role, I was Director of Strategy and Consumer Insights, building Salesforce's holiday forecasts and State of Commerce research. I'm a graduate of Wellesley College.
My expertise
I study how AI agents, LLMs, and social platforms are rewriting the shopping journey — from the 200% year-over-year jump in agentic search as a first shopping step, to the rise of hybrid "research online, buy anywhere" behavior. I regularly brief media and retailers on Salesforce's flagship State of Commerce and Holiday Predictions reports, translating billions of data points into practical guidance on data unification, AI adoption, and customer expectations. I'm frequently quoted on how AI is "remaking commerce from both directions," pushing retailers to be visible in the AI conversations shaping purchase decisions before shoppers ever reach their sites.
When I'm not working
Outside of work, I treasure time with my husband and our three children on the South Carolina coast. While I enjoy gardening, DIY home projects, and studying history, my greatest joy comes from watching our children grow and sharing in the everyday moments of their lives.
