I have spent over 25 years at the intersection of enterprise strategy and emerging technology. Currently as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Professional Services - Americas at Salesforce, I lead an organization of 3800+ in pioneering the commercialization of AI-accelerated business models and evolving traditional consulting into value-driven transformation to deliver $1.5B in revenue at scale. Prior to joining Salesforce in 2010, I held multiple sales leadership positions at IBM. I currently serve as Board Chairperson for Acumen Solutions, a Salesforce company, Executive Leader for the Salesforce Chicago Tower, a contributing board member for World Business Chicago, and a member of the World 50: Executive Leader 50 network.

Guided by the conviction that agentic technology is a force multiplier for human capability, I specialize in accelerating speed-to-value in complex digital transformations and helping enterprise organizations unlock immediate value on their Agentic Enterprise journeys. Known for my sharp negotiation skills and strategic market foresight, I build high-performing, diverse teams designed to thrive in disruptive environments. I’m passionate about helping enterprises mobilize, monetize, and navigate this AI-native future while championing inclusive leadership.

I reside in Chicago's historic Lincoln Park with my husband, Jonathan. We are passionate about community and connection, and enjoy coming together with friends and family over music, art, food, wine, and eclectic conversation. We are ardent supporters of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Little Heroes League.
