As a Digital Experience Advisor for Salesforce Professional Services, I specialize in Marketing Cloud and marketing strategy. My background includes experience as a brand and customer marketer at Fortune 100 companies, where I developed integrated marketing programs to foster brand affinity through various channels such as multimedia campaigns, corporate sponsorships, events, and promotions. I currently hold 8 Salesforce certifications and have achieved the ranks of Agentblazer Legend and Triple Star Ranger.

I specialize in creating digital communications strategies to help clients achieve their marketing and business goals. I collaborate with clients to navigate martech transformations, aiming to deliver outstanding customer experiences while simplifying user interactions. I help clients optimize their use of Marketing Cloud in tandem with other products on the Salesforce platform to facilitate interconnected experiences across Marketing, Sales, and Service.

You’ll find me in the pool training with my US Masters swim team, behind my camera shooting everything from cityscapes and nature to abstracts, or volunteering on local political campaigns and with an education nonprofit for Latino youth.
