As a lead researcher on Salesforce’s Cross-Cloud Research & Insights team, Holly unpacks ambiguous, foundational problem spaces that span products. Most recently, she’s been investigating how to design and build generative AI for people to ensure it's trusted and fulfilling to the user. In Holly’s past-life as a consultant, she researched and designed products and services that spanned industries and domains including vacuum cleaners, porta-potties, smart-home devices, VR equipment, enterprise software, healthcare service offerings, and more.
