My Background

Jim has 40+ years of leadership experience building high-performing global sales teams. As Salesforce’s former President of WW Sales and Chief Customer Officer (2002–2014), he helped grow revenue from $22M to over $5B. He rejoined in 2020 to lead Global Strategic Sales and now also oversees Alliances & Channels, Tech Partnerships, ISVs, and the Private Equity practice. Jim previously held exec roles at Yext, InsideSales.com, and Ariba, and spent 22 years at IBM in senior sales leadership across the U.S. and Asia. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bucknell and lives near Park City, UT with his wife and children.
