Joe Inzerillo

I'm President, Enterprise & AI Technology at Salesforce, where I lead the portfolio currently encompassing Slack, Experience and the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) organizations. Before Salesforce, I was Chief Product and Technology Officer at SiriusXM leading all technology from Satellites to streaming, and Chief Technology Office of Disney Streaming, where I led the development and launch of Disney+.  I was also the Chief Technology Officer at Major League Baseball, where I oversaw all technology, including Statcast, Instant Replay and streaming technologies.  My background in applied AI spans three decades across media, entertainment, and technology.

I help drive Salesforce's vision for the agentic enterprise, bringing together humans, data, AI, and apps on a unified platform. I also lead Salesforce's "customer zero" strategy, deploying AI agents and fortifying technologies inside Salesforce's own business to exemplify what it means to be an agentic enterprise, while partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation and the adoption of agentic AI. My work spans global IT, technical integration of acquired companies, and the development of agentic solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

I've spent my career at the intersection of media and technology, and I enjoy staying close to those industries even outside of work. I value mentoring teams navigating major digital transformations. I also serve on the board of the Streaming Video Technology Alliance and the Technology Committee of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
