Julie Thompson

Julie, an engineer by training, transitioned to Product Management early in her career. Her natural curiosity led her to seek a deeper understanding of user needs and motivations. Throughout her professional journey, a driving force has been her commitment to customer success, achieved by addressing pain points and delivering compelling user experiences.

In the almost eight years I have been at Salesforce, I have been lucky enough to work across a wide array of features and clouds including Communities, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, and LIghting Platform. All of this has helped me develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Currently I am focused on agentic experiences that connect users and AI Agents across the Salesforce Platform.

I enjoy listening to live music, playing mediocre tennis, and spending quality time with family and friends.
