Laura Schauer is vice president of ILLUME Advising, has nearly 25 years of experience providing strategy, customer insights, and evaluative consulting to clients within the energy sector, including utilities, public service commissions, and nonprofit organizations. Most recently she has been focusing much of her efforts in working with the ILLUME team and clients on the intersection of equitable service in an emerging clean energy space with an eye to customer engagement strategies.
By disentangling customer information siloed across multiple systems, utilities can unite marketing, sales, and service to give customers the experiences they want.
