Leah McGowen-Hare

I’ve spent over 17 years at Salesforce at the intersection of technology, learning, community, and customer success. My career has spanned roles from developer and technical consultant to Master Technical Trainer and executive leader. For 6 years, I led Salesforce’s Trailblazer Community & Engagement organization, helping scale a global ecosystem that empowered millions to learn new skills, build careers, and succeed with Salesforce.

In October 2025, I joined Forward-Deployed Engineering, leading Global Growth & Impact and helping scale the FDE organization and technical readiness needed to accelerate Agentforce adoption. Today, I lead Builder and Technical Enablement within Global Field Readiness, building the capabilities Salesforce’s technical talent needs to deliver in the agentic AI era. My team is responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and continuous product readiness for Builders, translating rapidly evolving AI and product innovation into practical, customer-facing capability.

My focus has always been on demystifying complex technology and making it actionable. I specialize in translating emerging technology into scalable learning experiences, building technical talent and communities, and creating enablement strategies that accelerate adoption and customer impact. As AI reshapes both how we work and the skills organizations need, I’m particularly passionate about developing curious, adaptable, continuous learners who can connect deep technical capability to real customer problems and business value.

I’m passionate about expanding access to technology careers and have long supported efforts that create pathways into the industry for people who have historically been underrepresented in tech. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, traveling, and spending time with my family.
