Marlene Guerra-Reeve

have over 17 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. My journey began as an accidental admin, evolved into solution architecture, and ultimately became an intentional path focused on enterprise architecture and platform strategy. Today, I have the privilege of serving as a Principal Architect Evangelist at Salesforce, where I create technical content, speak at conferences and events, and help architects build trusted, scalable, and well-architected solutions.

My expertise includes enterprise Salesforce architecture, event-driven design, integrations, identity and security, large data volumes, automation governance, and platform scalability. I enjoy solving complex architectural challenges, modernizing legacy implementations, and helping teams make intentional technology decisions. As a Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect, I have contributed to the Salesforce ecosystem through technical writing, workshops, conference presentations, and community education. My passion is making complex architectural concepts approachable and helping others grow into confident architects.

Community has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I served as the Orlando Salesforce Architect Group Leader for nearly four years. I’m also a Salesforce MVP 2026 Alum and continue to support the community through conference speaking, mentoring aspiring architects, coaching with RAD Women, and contributing to community-led events. Outside of technology, I love photographing new destinations, visiting botanical gardens, gardening, crocheting, birdwatching, and discovering local markets wherever my travels take me.
