Matthew O’Neill is a Field CTO | Field Technology Strategist with Salesforce.

I bring extensive experience from the Build/Buy/Run side, having held senior leadership roles in Financial Services for most of my career. My career journey spans from starting as a branch clerk in Leigh-on-Sea to leading 7x24 IT Service Operations and managing 116 Data Centers globally for one of the world’s largest banks. My career has taken me all over the world, including 5 years living and working in Hong Kong, delivering IT Operations and Infrastructure across 18 Asia Pacific countries. This experience has driven a deep interest in Non-Functional Requirements, Governance, Compliance, Regulations and Regulators.

I refer to myself as Husband, Father, Geek, IT Exec & Field CTO although I could add Dance Dad, Cat Entertainer, Technical Support, Handyman and ‘blue job’ technician.
