I am an Architect who’s been in the ecosystem for the last 10+ years. I have experience ranging from small nonprofit organizations up to the largest companies in the Fortune 10.
My expertise
I have extensive experience with service organizations from call centers to field service enterprises. Over the years I have accumulated 25 certifications and have been privileged to help write 15. Today I spend my time in the office working to enable Trailblazers to use Slack with my YouTube series, Slack School.
When I'm not working
Outside of work, I spend my time with my two kids and two cats. I enjoy blacksmithing and birdwatching.
