I’m Head of MarTech and Solution Architect at Orange Digital. I’ve focused on Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce ecosystem for the last 5 years, and I bring 16 years of experience in digital marketing and customer experience.

I’m a geek for email, WhatsApp, and design, with a background as a Creative Director before moving into tech. I advocate for accessibility and best practices, and work with clients across the different flavors of Marketing Cloud, from Engagement to Next. I’m deeply involved in the Spanish-speaking Salesforce community, creating content and spaces to help more professionals grow in the Marketing Cloud and Agentforce ecosystem.
