Stephen is keen about using technology efficiently and effectively. During his PhD, he built tools to automate routine analysis, find novel structures, while working to solve hydrogen storage for use as a non-polluting fuel. As Salesforce as a Marketing Cloud Senior Success Architect, Stephen has been instrumental in delving deep into data to help clients on the Signature Success plan to efficiently and effectively scale their work as well as make it streamlined for Success Architects to get that analysis to our clients.
