Surya is a Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) at Salesforce. In his current role, Surya leads mission-critical development for intelligent AI agents and modular integration platforms. This includes designing and implementing reusable MuleSoft API solutions and establishing architectural standards that ensure enterprise systems are highly dependable and scalable, directly supporting Salesforce’s rapid and reliable growth.

With over 10+ years of experience, Surya possesses deep, cross-functional expertise in architecting and implementing robust, modern enterprise solutions, specifically leveraging MuleSoft for complex system integration and designing highly scalable APIs and microservices architectures. Surya is a key driver of technical innovation, specializing in advanced AI and large-scale automation initiatives to deliver high-impact, efficient solutions across the business.
