Vivienne Wei

I lead Salesforce’s Unified Agentforce Platform—a $10B+ portfolio spanning AI, Data, MuleSoft, Tableau, Heroku, and Core Platform. My work focuses on helping enterprises rewire how they operate and scale through Agentic AI systems where human leadership, data, and intelligent agents drive performance at scale. With roots on Wall Street, in Silicon Valley, and across global boardrooms, I bring deep expertise in enterprise tech, finance, and operations. I’ve led industry-spanning transformations, from large-scale mergers and acquisitions and IT cost redesign to cross-functional AI deployments. I hold a BA in Economics and Math from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

I advise C-suite teams and boards on platform strategy, cybersecurity governance (NACD Cyber Certified), and AI operating models. I’m a systems builder who believes the next generation of enterprise scale will be powered by agents and grounded in human-centered design.

I’m a strong advocate for working mothers and women in tech. I wrote Labor Force to support professional women navigating the transition to motherhood while accelerating their careers. Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing after my two daughters, building games, playing ball, and exploring Disney parks around the world.
