My background
I am an Architect of Responsible AI and Tech in Salesforce's Office of Ethical and Humane Use, where I help operationalize ethical principles in both product development and deployment, including risk evaluation and mitigation, testing and red teaming, and governance more broadly.
My expertise
Prior to coming to Salesforce, I was a founding member of the Tech and Society Solutions Lab at Omidyar Network, where I launched the Responsible Computer Science Challenge and helped develop EthicalOS, a risk mitigation toolkit for product managers. Before that, I had a more than 15-year career as a consultant, leader and two-time founder of community, mission-driven, social impact organizations.
When I'm not working
I'm likely out on a bike ride with my family or on a run with my Australian Shepherd, Cedar, in the hills of Marin County, CA.
