This learning journey starts with Champion Status, advances to Innovator Status, and culminates in Legend Status, recognizing deep AI and Agentforce expertise, as well as hands-on experience.
Free Events That Open Doors
We’re committed to making learning accessible to everyone. That’s why we host free global events where learners can explore the latest innovations, sharpen their skills, and connect with peers. From hands-on workshops to live demos, these events provide practical opportunities that turn curiosity into career growth.
In addition to ongoing virtual events, we also announced AI for All — a free, in-person training designed to help anyone learn the foundations of artificial intelligence. With instructor-led training, learn from an expert with hands on exercises that break down core concepts, give best practices and real-world use cases. Our offerings come in virtual bite size learning workshops (60-120 mins) to a 3-day class at our San Francisco and London AI Centers.

- Hands-on with tools like Agentforce DX, Prompt Builder, Tableau Next, Data Cloud, and Slack, giving participants real-world AI skills.
- Supported by resources like Agentforce Decoded, the Developer Center, and Agentforce NOW Workshops.

Workforce Partner Program
Salesforce partners with 140+ leading workforce development organizations worldwide to deliver hands-on training, mentorship, and job placement opportunities—expanding access to career pathways in tech, especially for those traditionally underrepresented in the industry.
Through the Trailblazer Workforce Partner program, these organizations have trained over 95,000 individuals this year across career tracks including Administrator, Developer, Architect and Consultant roles, with an emphasis on embedding AI and Agentforce into their curriculum. Organizations like Per Scholas, SmartBridge, and Blue Road Academy guide learners in hands-on capstone projects using prompt builders and agents to create solutions for Sales or Service Teams.

Fundamentals: Guided Webinars for Skills for the Future
Salesforce Fundamentals is a free series of 45-90 minute webinars that empower learners to develop Salesforce skills and product awareness by combining real-world examples and hands-on Trailhead learning. The newest addition to the Salesforce Fundamentals catalog was an inspiring example of the power of the Trailblazer Community and reskilling in action.
Salesforce Fundamentals: For the Community, by the Community was co-hosted by 9 Community Conference organizers in India. With over 13,000 registrations, the session introduced Salesforce, Trailhead, and AI Fundamentals while highlighting three key messages:
- Trailhead is the best place to start your Salesforce journey
- AI skills are essential for the future of work
- Learning is lifelong—a journey to keep growing and evolving
Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with learners calling it “well-structured and informative, interactive, and easy to follow—even for beginners.”

Salesforce Military
Salesforce Military is a free training and career readiness program designed to bridge the gap between military service and corporate success with no degree, prior experience, or commitment required.
Today, the program supports a growing community of over 86,000 veterans and military spouses across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Members gain access to:
- Free Salesforce certifications and Trailhead Academy classes
- AI upskilling and career readiness training
- Mentorship from Veteran Allies, Vetforce, and Military Community Leaders
