Founders today are navigating an entirely new growth landscape. Artificial intelligence (AI) isn’t just another tool in the tech stack; it’s reshaping how startups go to market, how small teams operate, and how customer relationships are built. Digital labor — AI agents working alongside human teams — can now handle routine tasks, orchestrate workflows, and free up scarce resources to focus on what matters most: building your product and scaling your business.
This shift creates massive opportunities, especially for startups who can become agentic enterprises from the start. By building teams of AI agents and humans working side by side, startups have an edge to innovate and grow faster without having to rewire existing systems.
At the same time, building a go-to-market (GTM) strategy with AI brings new challenges. To succeed and keep pace with mounting pressure to move quickly, startups need more than technology — they need new playbooks, trusted guidance, and a network of peers and partners.
That’s why we created Salesforce Launchpad — a program for venture-backed startups that brings together a thriving community, exclusive product offers, curated resources, and a powerful agent ecosystem to help startups grow faster with AI and digital labor.
What we’ll cover:
- Salesforce Launchpad: Built with startups for startups
- Scaling smarter: Success stories from the Launchpad community
- Why this moment matters for startups
Kris Billmaier, EVP and GM, Sales Cloud and Growth, shared how Salesforce Launchpad is helping founders succeed. “With Agentforce 360, we are delivering cutting-edge AI technology grounded in our unified platform so startups can focus on what they do best: connecting with their customers and hyperscaling. Launchpad is the ultimate growth engine for founders, delivering this power directly with tailored support from pre-seed to pre-IPO.”

Salesforce Launchpad: Built with startups for startups
At Salesforce, we’ve seen what it takes to grow at every stage of business. According to Salesforce and Crunchbase Unicorn Board data, more than 85% of today’s unicorns run on Salesforce, using our platform to power everything from their first sale to driving 24/7 growth with Agentforce 360.
Our team of founders, builders, and investors has been building Salesforce Launchpad in collaboration with high-growth startups for the past year, creating a program tailored to what startups need to accelerate their GTM strategy and fuel hypergrowth. We’re excited to take the program into this new phase of expansion to support the next generation of unicorns and high-growth startups.
Through Launchpad, startups gain access to:
- Community and events: Connect with founders, GTM leaders, and Salesforce experts through our Slack community, in-person events, and hands-on workshops.
- Solutions that scale: Access free and discounted Salesforce products — Slack, AI agents, unified data, and CRM — all in one integrated platform.
- AI and GTM support: Get expert guidance and learning resources to shape your AI strategy and build a go-to-market plan that drives growth.
- Partnerships and AgentExchange: Tap into new distribution channels through our partner ecosystem and build the future of agentic businesses.
Scaling smarter: Success stories from the Launchpad community
The future of GTM comes to life when you see how startups are partnering with Salesforce to overcome growth challenges. Whether you’re just figuring out product-market fit, working to close your very first customers, or scaling rapidly already, Salesforce Launchpad has resources to help you reach your next milestone.
ElevenLabs: Achieving hypergrowth with Salesforce
ElevenLabs, a global market leader in AI audio research and technology, was growing so fast that their previous tech stack couldn’t keep up. When their annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 50% in just a few months, their old CRM lacked the scalability and reliability needed for rapid growth.
To keep pace, ElevenLabs joined Launchpad and migrated quickly to Salesforce’s trusted, unified CRM platform — while also connecting them to strategic partnerships and visibility opportunities like Dreamforce to support their growth. In 3 years, the company hit $200 million in annual revenue and grew from 5 to more than 300 employees globally.
“We were growing at a pace where everything was breaking,” said Carles Reina, GTM Leader at ElevenLabs. “Salesforce helped us move at the speed our business demanded — while staying focused on our long-term vision.”

HappyRobot: Supercharging a lean sales team with Agentforce and Slack
HappyRobot, an AI-native operating system for supply chain enterprises, is scaling rapidly, reporting over 10x revenue growth in less than a year.
HappyRobot joined Launchpad when they started building their GTM motion. Now they’re deploying Agentforce 360 to support their lean team. Agentforce 360 enriches Salesforce with actionable insights from contracts to support sellers on pipeline accuracy and upselling, and operators on compliance. With Salesforce integrated directly into Slack, their sales and forward deployed engineering teams are able to coordinate in context to key account information and centralize their workflows, giving them time back to focus on building relationships with customers.
“It’s important for us to stay lean in this hypergrowth stage. Even as an AI company ourselves, we embrace the best AI technologies to enhance every part of our operations and sales cycle, so we can spend more time building for and serving our customers.” shared Javi Palafox, CEO and Co-Founder of HappyRobot. “We’re excited about how Agentforce 360 will create efficiencies for our GTM and opps teams.”

Cloudfit: Laying the foundation for growth
Cloudfit, a U.K.-based wellness startup, set out to bring personalized, holistic health coaching to a global audience by blending human expertise with AI technology. As demand surged, the team struggled to keep data organized and client experiences consistent, with information scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and emails. By adopting Salesforce Starter Suite and Slack through the Launchpad program, Cloudfit centralized its client data and collaboration into one place, allowing them to track engagement five times faster, simplify operations, and scale with confidence.
With these tools, Cloudfit reduced product and engineering onboarding time to just 30 minutes, closed its biggest U.S. client after a year-long pilot, and secured pre-seed funding to fuel its next phase of growth.

Excess Materials Exchange: Lowering costs and unlocking carbon savings with Agentforce 360
Excess Materials Exchange helps companies turn surplus materials into high-value reuse through Product Passports: digital records that capture key data about a product’s materials, reuse documentation, certifications, and provenance when available. As part of Salesforce Launchpad, EME is working with a team of AI experts to develop an Agentforce 360 solution in Slack that transforms each Product Passport into an AI agent. These agents answer questions instantly, surface verified reuse options, coordinate bids, and move transactions from interest to completion – without the back-and-forth. And this is only the beginning.
In early deployments, Agentforce 360 has cut the manual time spent on customer support and transactions by up to 90% per deal, lowering costs and improving margins. At scale, EME estimates portfolios could avoid up to 90,000 tons of CO₂ annually by implementing Agentforce 360.
“By automating our passport workflows with Agentforce 360, we remove friction so previously uneconomic materials become valuable resources. That means faster matches, lower costs, and materially larger carbon savings across entire portfolios,” said Christian van Maaren, Founder and CEO of Excess Materials Exchange.

Why this moment matters for startups
The businesses that define the next decade won’t just have great products. They’ll have AI-powered go-to-market strategies that allow small teams to punch above their weight, and equip later-stage companies to scale globally without adding headcount linearly.
At Salesforce, we call these agentic enterprises: Businesses where digital labor is deeply embedded across every team and workflow, realizing growth in ways traditional models can’t match.
Salesforce Launchpad helps startups become market-leading companies — no matter where they’re in their AI and GTM journey. Join the community that powers the world’s most ambitious and successful startups.
