What makes a Salesforce MVP?
Salesforce MVPs are among the most influential leaders in the Trailblazer Community. Through their expertise, leadership, and generosity, they help customers succeed, strengthen the Salesforce ecosystem, provide valuable product feedback, and inspire Trailblazers around the world to learn, connect, and grow.
Each year, the Trailblazer Community recognizes individuals who go above and beyond to help others succeed. These are the mentors, educators, advocates, and technical experts who freely share their knowledge, lead community groups and conferences, create technical content, and expand access to Salesforce across the globe.
This year, we received more than 2,100 nominations. After months of reviewing the nominations and collaborating with stakeholders across Salesforce, we’re excited to have selected 24 new Salesforce MVPs and 69 renewed MVPs across 13 countries, including Denmark and Ghana.
This year’s Salesforce MVPs are helping shape what’s next for the Salesforce ecosystem. They’re exploring new technologies like Agentforce, sharing real-world expertise across Salesforce products, creating content that reaches global audiences, and empowering Trailblazers everywhere to learn, build, and succeed.

Expertise, leadership, and generosity: the MVP standard

- Leadership. Salesforce MVPs consistently seek opportunities to innovate and lead. The Class of 2026 has 10 community conference organizers, and many also coach and mentor community members in their region – and beyond.
- Generosity. Salesforce MVPs freely give their time, expertise and resources to help others succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem, without expecting anything in return. succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem, without expecting anything in return.
Each year, Salesforce MVPs are re-evaluated based on their continued contributions. Those who have maintained this impact over 5 years are inducted into the Hall of Fame and achieve lifetime Salesforce MVP status. These individuals continue to showcase all three program pillars and mentor the next generation of Salesforce MVPs.
