New capabilities help unify data and augment personalization.

New in the Winter ‘21 Release, Marketing Cloud’s Customer 360 Audiences helps to unify data to enable personalized interactions while Security Center helps to meet security goals and respond proactively to suspicious conditions.

Additionally, we continue to expand our industry product portfolio, driving customer-centric transformations. Now, public sector organizations can transform how they engage with and serve constituents and communities with Public Sector Solutions. Additionally, nonprofits and education institutions can use new digital fundraising capabilities integrated into their CRM to exceed their fund development goals with Salesforce.org Elevate.

The Winter ‘21 Release also brings our customer-led innovation to life, thanks to feedback from the Trailblazer community. The following features are new offerings that started as community-submitted ideas in the IdeaExchange: the new Pardot email experience, Journey Builder: Path Optimizer, Lightning Flow: Trigger on Delete, Safe Navigation Operator for Apex, and enhancements to Salesforce CMS, Salesforce Optimizer, and Salesforce Dynamic Experiences.
