Osaka - Office Accessibility

Accessibility is fundamental to Salesforce culture. We make our spaces as inclusive as possible, but also know that some of our offices still have some restrictions and limitations.

We want to make sure that visitors, guests, and employees are aware of any constraints in our office spaces, as well as highlight some of the accessible provisions that can be expected when visiting us. That way, everyone is empowered to plan their visit and make their time with us easy and enjoyable.

Getting to and from the office

Accessible travel to and from the airport is available.
- Ground transportation information is available at Kansai International Airport(KIX) and Osaka International Airport(ITM), visit the website HERE.

In the office

- Service dogs are allowed in the building and WeWork space.
- Employees must submit a Workplace Accommodation Request to Employee Success before bringing the service animal into the building. Vendors and customers do not need to go through the formal process.

Yes, all elevators in the building reach the office floor.

Multipurpose restroom is not located in WeWork, but is located in the shopping area of LINKS Umeda on the same floor. No special access is needed.

Accessible restroom in the shopping area of LINKS Umeda on the same floor is all-gender.

The parent’s room is located in WeWork common area on the 8th floor. Please drop by WeWork community bar if you would like to use it.

Free coffee machines are available in WeWork lounge area.

Coffee machines are available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Snacks are available at the pantry area in our office.

A variety of restaurants are located outside the WeWork space on the 8th floor. Please click HERE for more information about restaurants.

Employees and candidates may request an adjustment by submitting a ticket with Employee Success (VPN required). Customers and guests should work with their Salesforce host to put adjustments in place prior to their arrival.

Osaka Office is based inside WeWork, which is located on the 8th floor of LINKS Umeda shopping complex.
