No, Salesforce Order Management is a standalone product. However, bundling Salesforce Order Management with Service Cloud will help you seamlessly service online orders. Together, they can create simple, guided experiences with Lightning Flow and give you the power to engage with customers on any messaging, web or mobile channel. They're a great pair!
