“Even while I was still discussing the project setup with Salesforce and our partners, my team had already started experimenting with Agentforce. Just three weeks later, the first AI agent was up and running. Today, we work far more agilely than before and think in terms of MVPs (Minimum Viable Products): we quickly get something up and running, test it with real users, and then refine it in a targeted way. This mindset has significantly increased our speed to market. It was the same with Agentforce. Once you see how quickly processes can suddenly run – from automated quotation processes and summarizing entire customer histories to order creation in our ERP system – you immediately want to take the next step. Agentforce is no longer an experiment for us, but a real productivity booster.”
