Agentic AI is a big deal and holds a lot of potential, but you already know that.
Currently, the technology runs the risk of becoming a buzzword in the industry – with a lot of talk from vendors and software companies, but not a whole lot of real-world action.
So, what’s holding organisations back from deploying agentic AI? Mostly it comes down to getting started – from where’s best to deploy to who to trust.
To help straighten the conversation out, we’ve created a three-part masterclass series called, Get AI Intentional.
Hosted by AI business consultant, Richard Foster-Fletcher , each episode digs into the governance, data activation and implementation of agentic AI – everything you need to build an agentic AI blueprint that connects to your short- and long-term priorities.
Here’s a snippet of what each episode’s about (and where to watch!).
Masterclass 1: Getting data ready for agentic AI
Our first masterclass looks at data activation and why it’s an essential, foundational building block for agentic AI.
Richard is joined by Katja Lempinen, Solutions Engineer at Salesforce, to discuss the importance of data readiness for agentic AI in software companies – from addressing early risks, such as data bias, to security and building trust with customers through responsible innovation.

Masterclass 2: The governance blueprint for agentic AI
The second masterclass in our series sees Richard in conversation with Pavithra Chidambaram, Principle Solutions Engineer at Salesforce. Together, they discuss the importance of agentic AI governance and why organisations need a living, evolving framework – and what it requires to be successful.
Whether you’re looking to build trust with stakeholders and customers or create a proactive culture around data governance, check out episode two here.
Masterclass 3: Building the engine for agentic AI with your tech stack
Our final masterclass in the series considers the essential elements of building a robust AI tech stack, with guest speaker, Conor Duffy, Salesforce Solutions Engineer.
Alongside Richard, the two explore what’s needed from systems today to be prepared for and adapt to market changes – from the necessary security and governance to alignment with strategic business decisions.
Covering the ever-evolving build vs buy debate, get advice on how to prepare your tech stack to get the best from agentic AI by watching episode three here.
My takeaways
Throughout all three episodes there’s a consistent theme: change management.
To me, this highlights the need for organisations to get to grips with the basics now in order to set themselves up for future success.
The market is going to continue to change. So, being on the front foot with data activation, governance and business alignment is what will make all the difference in the long-term.
But it’s also about building trust. Getting the fundamentals right with agentic AI now demonstrates to employees and customers alike that your organisation is ready – and prepared – for what’s next.
Whether that’s helping employees understand the parameters in which to use agentic AI or choosing a vendor that can support your organisation in the long-term, the era of intentional AI has arrived – and it’s here to stay.
