Florian Michel

Florian Michel is the Senior Director and global leader of the Workforce Development (GWFD) program within the Trailhead Marketing and Community team, based in Munich. With more than 15 years of experience in leading digital innovation and strategic initiatives, Florian is passionate about building talent for the Salesforce economy. He works closely with the global ecosystem to design and scale programs that place talent at the heart—creating pathways into tech careers and ensuring entry opportunities for everyone. Florian holds a dual master’s degree in Business Information Systems from EADA Business School in Barcelona and the European Business School in Frankfurt.
