On 29th June, we saw thousands of Trailblazers join us in person and online for World Tour London: AI Day, our largest World Tour ever!
Those who attended saw AI + Data + CRM come to life with the unveiling of our game-changing generative AI family. It was a full day of learning, connecting, having fun and giving back.
Here are some of our highlights:
We kicked off the day with our inspiring keynote, Calling All Tr-AI-lblazers, delivered by our UKI CEO, Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE.
In the full house event, Zahra shared why we’re the world’s #1 AI CRM with trust at its heart and announced Salesforce’s commitment to invest $4 billion in its UK business, supporting AI innovation, customer success and growth in the UK over the next five years.
We were lucky enough to have over 40 of the UKI’s largest customer brands including Santander UK, Aston Martin, Heathrow and Marks & Spencer share how they are leveraging the Customer 360 to drive their business transformation.
Our Campground continued to deliver the Wow! with the latest Customer 360 innovations, infused with AI + Data + CRM. We also had activations with F1®, McLaren Racing and Paramount+ as well as over 50 Salesforce product demos and five theatres full of inspiring speakers.
We added a little extra sparkle to Trailblazer, Todd Halfpenny when he was gifted the Golden Hoodie for all of his fantastic work within the Salesforce community.
We were proud to be joined by Positive Youth Foundation showcasing their work raising aspirations and life chances of young people facing challenging circumstances.
