Salesforce Named a Leader in Cross Channel Marketing Hubs by Top Independent Research Firm
Salesforce Marketing Cloud has been named a leader by Forrester in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q1 2023. Marketing Cloud was recognised with a score of five (out of five) across 16 criteria, including: Customer Data Management, Product Vision, Innovation Roadmap, Market Approach, Supporting Products and Services, Partner Ecosystem, and Customers.
Why it’s relevant: According to recent research, 56% of customers now expect offers to always be personalised — no matter the channel.
