SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - November 4, 2003 - Salesforce.com®, the world leader in delivering software-as-service, today announced that Harris Interactive, a worldwide market research and consulting firm, is standardizing over 200 US and UK sales and research professionals on salesforce.com. Harris Interactive has begun transitioning to a complete sales and marketing function within the organization, encompassing marketing campaign management, sales activity, proposal generation and tracking, and bookings, as well as providing a seamless "off ramp" for closed deals into the finance department.
