Selecting salesforce.com's Winter '04 service instead of client/server software, TANDBERG has successfully deployed an on-demand CRM solution that provides sales, marketing and operations users with single-point access to comprehensive customer information, both online and offline. Management is also using salesforce.com to track forecast accuracy and better understand quarter-to-quarter close rates to increase the success of its sales organization.
