Analog Devices has successfully implemented salesforce.com Spring '04, the world's most customizable CRM, for 750 employees and partners worldwide. The global deployment featured integration with existing internal systems, including a SAP (NYSE: SAP) R/3 ERP system, to enable offline access from salesforce.com to Analog Device's 30,000-item catalog covering over 50 product lines.
