Leading imaging solutions provider customizes Salesforce to meet its unique needs
SAN FRANCISCO — April 18, 2005 — Salesforce.com [NYSE: CRM], the technology and market leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), today announced that Bennett's Business Systems has boosted sales almost 45 percent since implementing Salesforce by improving its sales team's ability to track and initiate contact with leads.
