Salesforce.com Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting to be Held in San Francisco on Thursday, June 11, 2009

SAN FRANCISCO, May 26, 2009 - Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the enterprise cloud computing company, today announced the company's 2009 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 2:00PM (PT) / 5:00PM (ET).  The meeting is to be held at the Palace Hotel located on 2 New Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California 94105.  The record date for the meeting was April 21, 2009, and only stockholders of record on that date are eligible to attend the meeting.
