We're honored that Salesforce CPQ continues to come out on top in G2 Crowd's latest CPQ software report for Winter 2019. The report shares the best of the best Configure, Price, Quote products, and Salesforce CPQ achieved the highest combined score for both Customer Satisfaction and Market Presence for the third year in a row.
The G2 Crowd report compares 25 Configure, Price, Quote products to help purchasers with their CPQ selection process. The Grid™ is created from G2 Crowd’s software review platform, factoring in customer satisfaction as reported by authenticated users as well as vendor market presence as determined by social and public data in order to rank products.
According to the report, Salesforce CPQ has been named a leader because of high customer satisfaction scores and large market presence. 86% of users rated it 4 or 5 stars, 80% of users believe that the product is headed in the right direction, and 82% of users said they would be likely to recommend Salesforce CPQ.
When looking at all of the vendors, Salesforce CPQ was the overall leader, receiving a G2 score of 93, with the next highest vendor's score coming in at 79. And our customers' were loud about their satisfaction with over 500 total reviews — more than 75% above the nearest product.
