This project is near and dear to my heart. Before I joined the Agentforce Product Marketing team, I worked for more than a decade architecting Salesforce solutions. It also highlights the crucial role of Data Cloud as the underlying infrastructure that fuels a number of Agenforce capabilities. And of course, no guide is complete without best practices and examples of what good looks like when it comes to implementing these concepts and tools.
