My background
I’ve spent more than 25 years building and scaling enterprise software businesses and helping global companies transform how they sell, serve customers, and operate. At Salesforce, I lead the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Consumer Goods businesses, bringing together product strategy, go-to-market execution, and industry expertise.
Before Salesforce, I held product and business leadership roles at ServiceNow, Oracle, and Siebel Systems, spanning several generations of enterprise software and CRM. Earlier in my career, I worked in management consulting at Kearney and in engineering at Optimal CAE.
My expertise
My work sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and industry transformation. I focus on how manufacturing, automotive, and consumer goods companies can use agentic AI, industry-specific data, and enterprise platforms to reinvent commercial operations, customer engagement, sales, service, and other critical business processes.
I lead the strategy and development of Salesforce’s industry solutions across Manufacturing, Automotive, and Consumer Goods, including the application of Agentforce and AI to industry-specific workflows. I also write and speak about AI-driven business reinvention, agentic enterprise software, industry platforms, product strategy, and how companies can move beyond adding AI to existing processes toward redesigning how their businesses create and deliver value.
When I'm not working
Outside work, I enjoy golf, yoga, and traveling with my family.
