Adam Rodenbeck

I started my career as a Salesforce developer at an implementation partner. I found the Salesforce Accessibility team through a Bay Area Developer Meetup, and it turned out to be a perfect fit — my goal has always been to use my engineering skills to benefit other assistive technology users like myself.

I work closely with the team building Lightning Web Components, helping ensure every foundational building block is accessible from the ground up. By getting the primitives right, teams across Salesforce can assemble them into experiences that are inclusive for everyone — including users like me who rely on assistive technology.

Outside of work, I play Beep Baseball, an adaptation of baseball designed for blind athletes. My team just won the World Series of Beep Baseball — our second consecutive title, and our seventh in the last ten years!
