Alexandra (Ally) Legend Siegel is chief equality officer at Salesforce, where she leads the company’s global equality strategy. Ally is a seasoned equality leader with nearly a decade of experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. She is a founding member of Salesforce’s Office of Equality, where she established the company’s first equality trainings, reimagined inclusive hiring and promotion processes, launched career programs, and instituted inclusive marketing principles. Previously, Ally served as vice president and global head of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) - Talent, at Expedia Group. In this role, she drove D&I transformation by designing inclusive talent processes, enablement, and content. Ally serves as a board member of Big Brother Big Sister Bay Area and as the executive in residence for Mills College at Northeastern.
