Alexandra Siegel

Alexandra (Ally) Legend Siegel is Senior Vice President and Chief Equality and Engagement Officer at Salesforce where she leads the company’s global equality and talent engagement strategy, including equality, employee engagement and brand, recruitment marketing, employee volunteering, and HR executive comms teams. As a founding member of Salesforce’s Office of Equality, Ally is a seasoned HR, equality, and marketing leader with deep experience driving talent, culture, technology, and industry transformations. She currently serves as a board member for Big Brother Big Sister Bay Area, helping youth achieve their full potential through mentorship.
