I'm a Salesforce Architect whose 20+ year career started in business operations, on the customer side of the table. That's where I learned how Professional Services businesses actually run: quote-to-cash, project delivery, and revenue recognition. Today, as Director of AI at CLD Partners, I lead architecture and delivery for Agentforce and Salesforce solutions, from discovery and design through deployment and into long-term production.

My core domain is quote-to-cash for Professional Services and subscription businesses: ARM (formerly Revenue Cloud) and CPQ, the handoff from sales to delivery through Certinia PSA, and integrations with the enterprise stack around Salesforce, including Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, and Workday. That foundation now powers my Agentforce and AI work: use cases grounded in real operational pain, architectures built to be maintained, and honest conversations about what's production-ready.

Family and friends come first, and exercise is my therapy. I love cooking, and my house is full of plants rescued from the clearance section, because apparently, I can't walk past one that just needs a little care. Every so often, I enroll in a completely random class: cake decorating, dressmaking, and bartending so far, with woodworking on the wish list. I'm curious by nature, and learning something new keeps that muscle strong.
