Jade Franson is a former Futureforce content design intern who worked primarily on Salesforce Starter. She studies cognitive science and digital design at USC and has delved into multiple design disciplines, including product, web, content, and graphic design. She believes in creating experiences that make technology seamless and joyful to use.
