In Product Marketing, Jessica Williams helps translate our portfolio of Salesforce Suites products into actionable resources for sellers and customers alike. She's been at Salesforce since 2015 and has served in a myriad of roles from Customer Success, Executive Event planning, to now shaping GTM strategy for Starter Suite, Pro Suite, and Foundations. Importantly, she's kept a pulse of our SMB customers' needs since 2018.
