I’m responsible for everything product related to knowledge management in Salesforce. Previously, I worked closely with customers on their Service Cloud implementations. I’m also the Head of Philanthropy for Outforce, Salesforce’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group.
Born and raised in Amsterdam, I emigrated to San Francisco in 2020. Spot me riding my bike as my primary mode of transportation.
